The staff is the bomb! So friendly and helpful, it's mind-blowing. The location is super quiet and conveniently close to a mall with a supermarket where you can get your hands on some yummy Western food. Plus, there's an incredible outdoor food court at the nearby university. The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything looks brand-spanking new. And let me tell you, the A/C units are so quiet, you won't even know they're there. Oh, and did I mention the $8 airport pickup and drop off? Totally worth it! No more awkward taxi conversations with drivers who barely speak English. Plus, with the affordable SIM cards available at the mall, staying connected is a breeze. Oh, and the cherry on top? The taxi fares to all the major attractions are only $3 - $4. a top-notch stay with clean and comfortable rooms, an awesome location, and the most helpful staff ever. I can't recommend this place enough, it's jaw-droppingly good!

varsity house inn & serviced exceeded all expectations during my recent stay in yangon. the staff were excellent and helpful, despite limited english. the location was perfect, with nearby shopping malls and markets just a short walk away.
Tv channels were limited and all showed the same religious buddhist program.

There were a few downsides during my stay. there was a lack of variety on the TV channels, with only religious Buddhist programs available.
